Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to travel to the United Kingdom.
We strongly encourage all participants to check the latest UK entry requirements as early as possible and prepare for any necessary application processes well in advance of applying for the visa three months before travelling. Visitor requirements, including ETA eligibility, vary by nationality and can change over time.
Attending an international conference is generally a permitted activity for visitors to the UK, subject to meeting the relevant immigration requirements.
We will be issuing official invitation letters for registered attendees well ahead of when you need to apply for a visa. Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
As immigration requirements are set by the UK Government, delegates should always refer to the latest official guidance before making travel arrangements. We will provide further guidance on the visa process once registration opens in late 2026.
